"Strut Your Stuff" is the name given to our annual concert held in November of each year at our home base, "Burrinja", 351 Glenfern Road, Upwey.
The idea behind SYS is simple. It's about you and what turns you on and is a chance to share your talent with your peers. Three years after its formation, the night just keeps getting bigger and better.
There is no need to audition for this informal evening of performance fun. All we ask is that acts are family friendly and do not pose any risk to performer or audience; beyond that, you're in with just a quick phone call or email!
So if you're a budding songwriter, an acrobat, a dancer, a singer, a musician…either by yourself, or with friends, just ring and book your spot. All ages and levels of experience are welcome and you can bring your family and friends to cheer you on.
The evening runs for about two and a half hours and once filled, that's it, so please don't delay, give us a ring now if YOU want to be part of the night; just a quick phone call or email will reserve your place in the
evening's line-up.
For those who want to be involved but are not too sure what you can do, please ring. If there is sufficient interest, we're happy to co-ordinate one or more ensemble items, normally holding three or four rehearsals in October/early November ahead of the night.
